Its Sunday! Today was supposed to be my rest day but since we drove from CA to CO yesterday, I took my rest day on Saturday. I slept until 8:30 this morning which was much needed since I didn’t get to sleep until nearly 2:00 AM. I also felt like I was getting sick when I woke. My energy was low, my head was stuffy and I still felt exhausted.
Upon waking, I cooked pre-workout breakfast, had coffee and ran errands. When I got home I went straight down to do my workout…cardio flow which was by far my least favorite workout. It was so different. It was 10 moves starting on move #1 x 4 reps then adding move #2 and starting over and then adding move #3 and starting over and so on. After 30 minutes, I was dying and so grateful it was DONE!
As for nutrition, I stayed true to the foods I should be eating but didn’t eat the amount I am supposed to eat in a day. I just wasn’t feeling hungry today. I feel satiated and hoping that this cold will be gone by tomorrow. I’m heading back out of town tomorrow for work so no cooking for me this week but I do have things that I can pack up to be prepared packed and will take all my supplements for my workout.
